Tilford Yates is admitted to the Florida Bar (2021) and the Illinois Bar (2019). He matriculated at the University of New Mexico (B.A. Strategic Communications, 2012), and IIT Chicago Kent College of Law (J.D., 2018)
Tilford joined the firm’s probate, guardianship, estate planning, business transactions, and real estate transaction groups. He comes to Florida from Chicago, Illinois, where Tilford represented buyers and sellers in complex real estate transactions, as well as formed and drafted operating agreements on behalf of limited liability companies. Tilford prides himself in making sure his clients are “truly heard,” and prioritizes timely and effective client communication in his practice of law.
